Company Background

Our client is a global logistics freight forwarder which provide different solutions such as air, sea, rail freight & warehousing etc. Due to business expansion, they are now looking for a new member - Customer Service - Senior Officer.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales team to derive business opportunities and design logistics solutions for customers
• Handling customer inquiries, quotation/pricing follow-up timely and responsively  
• Follow-up freehand shipments on air & ocean with customers, overseas offices, sales & operations
• Maintain & develop strong relationship with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment process with high service quality to customers
• Provide regular reporting and KPIs to management and customers
• Support and handle some key accounts’ daily shipment 
• Handle customers complaints with ensure regulatory compliance and appropriate procedures (as per SOPs)
• Additional tasks as required and assigned
