Accounting Manager
Responsibilities Supervise a small team of members Responsible for monitoring the daily accounting and finance operations, review and formulate operation procedures for effective financial control of the company Ensure good internal control & effectiveness in financial reporting are well in-placed Monitor the month-end closing tasks and consolidations are completed in timely manner Provide related financial & budget control reports and analysis Review statutory accounts requirements from time to time Assist Management to set the KPI and monitor the profits/losses for each project Negotiate and arrange banking facilities or other services with banks Liaise with external auditors and ensure external audit carried out smoothly Handle tax matters related to HK companies and secure all tax computation is properly filed Ad-hoc projects as required. Air freight Export Coordinator
Our client is a global logistics freight forwarder which provide different solutions such as air, sea, rail freight & warehousing etc. Due to business expansion, they are now looking for a new member - Air freight Export Coordinator. This role plays a key part in coordinate with different parties, strengthening our operations processes and enhance productivity with good quality / service.   Responsibilities Assist to monitor the productivity and the daily operation of Air Freight Export Team Coordinate with all applicable parties for all air export shipments, including internal parties, customers, operations team, sales team, warehouse and sub-contractors  Handle customer complaints and enquiries Coordinating with airline or co-loader reservation  Prepare the flight planning and loading plan in cope with the cost & customer requirement Monitor document completion process & delivery cargo before the airline cut-off time, ensure documents handed over to terminal accurately and timely Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
