Manager, Compensation & Benefits
Reporting to the Head, HR & GA, the Manager, Compensation & Benefits will be responsible for leading the C&B Team, act as a professional internal C&B consultant for all levels of employees, to provide value-added people solutions or services, which enhance employee experience in total reward management, HR policies and procedure development and administration, HR processes execution governance and HR System utilization and realization.
