Our client is a global logistics freight forwarder which provide different solutions such as air, sea, rail freight & warehousing etc. Due to business expansion, they are now looking for a new member - Air freight Export Coordinator. This role plays a key part in coordinate with different parties, strengthening our operations processes and enhance productivity with good quality / service.

Responsibilities

• Assist to monitor the productivity and the daily operation of Air Freight Export Team
• Coordinate with all applicable parties for all air export shipments, including internal parties, customers, operations team, sales team, warehouse and sub-contractors 
• Handle customer complaints and enquiries
• Coordinating with airline or co-loader reservation 
• Prepare the flight planning and loading plan in cope with the cost & customer requirement
• Monitor document completion process & delivery cargo before the airline cut-off time, ensure documents handed over to terminal accurately and timely
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
