Responsibilities

Handle daily sea freight export shipment from HK to Europe countries
Follow up customer declaration, routing order, receive & handle booking with shipping lines
Follow up SOP, shipping instructions from overseas offices / agent to ensure operations execution
Work closely with clients/shippers/consignees and internal departments to ensure the smooth operations
Ensure the operating system data input is up-to-date, accuracy, timely
Any ah-hoc assignment by superior
