Responsibilities

• Dive into market research and feasibility analysis to pinpoint the best locations for our new manufacturing plants in Southeast Asia.
• Evaluate local infrastructure, supplier networks, labor markets, logistics and regulatory environments to identify the most promising opportunities for growth.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from site selection and facility design to construction, equipment procurement, and operational setup.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of all project workstreams.
• Collaborate with local government authorities, partners, and stakeholders to navigate the regulatory landscape and secure necessary approvals.
• Develop robust project plans, budgets, and timelines, while closely monitoring progress to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
• After successfully setting up the new factories, you will take on the crucial role of managing and optimizing their operations.
