Explore, identify and develop new and potential clients / relationships to achieve business targets
Prepare project sales proposal and presentation to clients
Responsible for development of new project from receiving initial design to delivery
Coordinate closely with internal departments e.g. Marketing, Logistics and Site Management Team
Keep track of the project status to ensure on-time completion
Build-up and grow the network and relationship with key customers, particularly architects and developers
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by supervisor
