Responsibilities
Handle daily sea freight operation shipment from HK to Asian country
Support on full set of export documents, customer declaration, invoice etc.
Follow up routing order, SOP, shipping instructions from overseas offices / agent to ensure operations execution smoothly
Work closely with clients/consignee and internal departments to ensure the smooth operations
Manipulate and update an operating system timely and accurately
Ensure service reliability and solidity customer relationship to achieve business goal
Ah-hoc project or duties assigned by supervisor

Responsibilities
Maintain the Company reception service in a professional way in HK office
Manage general office procurement and maintain an optimized level of supplies, including but no limit to stationery, snacks and beverages, business card, general corporate gift, courier service, car service, staff card, cleaning service, electricity supply, green plant & flower rental.
Meeting room management, keep it as ready-for-use conditions all the time and release the monthly meeting room report.
Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Assist on corporate events and activities as scheduled, such as company outing, monthly gathering, annual dinner, ESG event, online event and so on.
Handle other ad hoc projects required by the manager.

Responsibilities
Supervise a small team of members
Responsible for monitoring the daily accounting and finance operations, review and formulate operation procedures for effective financial control of the company
Ensure good internal control & effectiveness in financial reporting are well in-placed
Monitor the month-end closing tasks and consolidations are completed in timely manner
Provide related financial & budget control reports and analysis
Review statutory accounts requirements from time to time
Assist Management to set the KPI and monitor the profits/losses for each project
Negotiate and arrange banking facilities or other services with banks
Liaise with external auditors and ensure external audit carried out smoothly
Handle tax matters related to HK companies and secure all tax computation is properly filed
Ad-hoc projects as required.

Logistics Manager
Company Background
Our client has operations and retail outlets across in Asia Pacific region. Due to business expansion, they are now looking for a new member - Logistics Manager.
Responsibilities
Liaise with factories, forwarders and internal parties on shipment arrangement independently
Responsible for all transportation related matters, including ocean and air freight forwarding, local delivery
Handle full set of I/E documents and L/C documents
Perform consolidation for shipment and follow up shipping instructions with department head
Ensure accurate and timely availability of all documents related to customer orders, shipping and export
Coordinate with procurement, shipping and sales functions on delivery schedule and to ensure on-time delivery and invoicing
Handle external and internal queries related to order status and delivery dates to ensure smooth operation flows
Negotiate on freight / shipping costs and contracts
Provide daily logistic operation support including but not limited to warehousing, stock taking and data entry
Follow up on daily cargo report from warehouse
Prepare shipping related reports
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by reporting manager

Responsibilities
Prepare of full set air freight export documents
Ensure daily operations documents and input data to operating system is accuracy and timely
Coordinate with warehouse and sub-contractor for proper cargo loading and consolidation plan
Preparing of pre-alert of shipment details to overseas counterparts
Export customs declaration arrangement and post-flight booking
Ah-hoc tasks assigned by Superior
Requirements
Diploma or above in Logistics Management or related disciplines
2-4 years of relevant working experiences with comprehensive product knowledge in Air Freight
Familiar with full set of air export documentation
Good command of both spoken/written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Good computer knowledge in MS office especially in EXCEL
Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
Independent, strong analytical and attention to details

Sales Team Support - Senior Officer
Responsibilities
Work closely with Sales team to derive business opportunities and design logistics solutions for customers
Handling customer inquiries, quotation/pricing follow-up timely and responsively
Follow-up freehand shipments on air & ocean with customers, overseas offices, sales & operations
Maintain & develop strong relationship with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment process with high service quality to customers
Provide regular reporting and KPIs to management and customers
Support and handle some key accounts’ daily shipment
Handle customers complaints with ensure regulatory compliance and appropriate procedures (as per SOPs)
Additional tasks as required and assigned
Requirements
Higher Diploma in logistics management, sales and marketing or equivalent background
At least 6 years experiences preferably in international freight forwarding with customer service, account service or sales background
Solid knowledge in both Air & Ocean is a plus
Customer-oriented with excellent communication & presentation skills
Good knowledge of Cargowise and quick to learn inhouse portal
Customer-Oriented, good in customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work under pressure, overtime and tight deadline
Ability to work closely together with other functional disciplines & good team player
