This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth all-round HR functions and assist in implement HR policies and procedures.   Job Description Assist in recruitment cycle including job postings, interview scheduling, reference check and on/off-boarding logistics. Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration such as insurance enrolments and terminations, MPF enrolments, birthday voucher distribution. Maintain accurate employee data, leave and attendance records in HRIS, update employee movement log sheet and keep proper filing of records and documentation in good order and timely manner Perform administrative work and clerical duties, e.g. updating orientation materials, organization charts, information at HR shared drives and arranging courier delivery. Prepare monthly HR reporting and compile information/ data for HR initiatives. Assist in coordinating and providing logistics and on-site support in internal training activities and projects, and Management Trainee program. Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
