Regional Sales Manager - Baby Products
Job Description
Based in Asia, this remote position involves travel within Asia and Australia, as well as some international travel. As an Regional Sales Manager - Baby Products you will be responsible for managing and expanding sales activities in international markets, primarily in Asia and Australia. Your role will include developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales and margin targets.
Responsibilities

Relationship Building: Foster and enhance relationships with partners to implement the international sales strategy.

Sales Revenue Generation: Drive sales revenue by targeting and opening new accounts as outlined in the International Strategy.

In-Store Training Support: Provide in-store training for all stores in the region, educating staff on the selling points of the product line to ensure excellent execution at the point of purchase.

Escalation Support: Act as an escalation point for partners, helping to resolve issues while balancing commercial objectives to maintain brand equity and performance in the territory.

Corrective Action: Take corrective measures and develop clear recovery plans when sales targets are not met.

Retailer Expansion Collaboration: Work with the AD and GCSO to identify and evaluate new retailers for expanding the brand.

International Strategy Development: Assist the AD in creating and implementing the international strategy.

Sales Potential Maximization: Explore and maximize sales potential across all categories and products listed in the EU warehouse.

Payment Coordination: Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely payments from all partners in accordance with their contract terms.

Annual Budget Development: Work with the AD to develop the annual budget to align with the strategic objectives set by the board and shareholders.

E-Commerce Oversight: Monitor the design and development of partner e-commerce sites in collaboration with the marketing and e-commerce teams.

Support Visits: Lead support visits to each territory, focusing on commercial and operational needs while upholding brand integrity through legal and trading agreements.

Marketing Collaboration: Ensure "best in class" execution both in-store and online globally in conjunction with the marketing function.
