Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead data center electrical and mechanical projects, managing all phases from quotation to completion.

• Tender Analysis: Analyze tender specifications, contracts, and drawings to create detailed project plans.

• Procurement Management: Develop material procurement specifications and oversee delivery schedules.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success.

• Risk Management: Utilize your expertise to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with projects.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• 15 years of Hong Kong data center E&M working experience, with at least 5 years in project management

• Project management experience in setting up a large data center, from 0 to 1

• Possess in-depth understanding of electrical equipment and services in the data center industry

• Demonstrate strong experience working with E&M subcontractors

•  CEng or REW C/H certification

• Familiarity with greenfield data center projects

• Immediately available is preferred
