Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial and management accounts, including departmental profit and loss statements, budget reports, and bank reconciliations.
• Plan and coordinate the month-end closing process in collaboration with various departments.
• Oversee the management of the accounting department to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist the Corporate Finance Team in reviewing and enhancing operational systems, internal controls, and accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide financial support during statutory audits and for interim/annual results announcements.
• Handle ad hoc projects or reporting as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Over 10 years of experience in accounting.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is required.
• Extensive experience in preparing financial reports.
• Familiarity with the forwarding and logistics industry.
• Strong managerial skills and a sense of responsibility to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua, and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications; experience with SAP software is a definite advantage.
