Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collect requirements, conduct technical analysis, and propose suitable solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaboration on Projects: Work collaboratively with others on assigned consulting projects.
• Documentation Maintenance: Prepare and maintain technical and project documentation.
• Project Rollout Support: Assist with project rollouts and provide support, including preparing and supporting quality assurance test plans and test cases.
• Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to ensure successful solution delivery and implementation of platforms and systems.
• Research Support: Conduct research to aid in the development and resolution of issues identified during the project.
• Project Management Assistance: Support the project management team in ongoing projects and continuous improvement efforts.
• Change Request Documentation: Complete documentation for system change requests and enhancements.
• On-site Work: Be prepared to work on customer sites for specific projects as required. 

 Requirements

• Educational Background: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Risk Management, or related fields.
• Industry Experience: Work experience in the IT industry or on IT projects is advantageous.
• Cloud Knowledge: Basic understanding of cloud computing (including compute, network, and storage); familiarity with Azure Cloud is a plus.
• IT Security Awareness: Knowledge of IT security is beneficial.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated with a strong analytical mindset; proactive with good problem-solving skills.
• Organizational Skills: Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effective coordination and multitasking.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Teamwork Ability: A good team player, able to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
