Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for both local and global target accounts.
• Sales Team Leadership: Manage and lead the sales team in business development efforts to drive revenue and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Sales Training: Provide training to enhance sales techniques and offer guidance, including joint visits with sales representatives for VIP clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with global and regional key clients to enhance revenue.
• Project Leadership: Act as the project leader for global accounts.
• Customer Acquisition: Responsible for identifying and developing customers worldwide.
• Customer Engagement: Plan and conduct regular visits to regional offices to explore new business opportunities and strengthen relationships.
• Customer Service Oversight: Supervise the customer services workflow to ensure service quality.
• Trade Lane Development: Develop strategic trade lanes in collaboration with international partners.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and formulate strategies for business development.

 Requirements

• Degree in Logistics or Sale & Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 10 years relevant experience in freight / cargo industry with 5 years of sales management & team supervision experience
• Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Solid project management skill to coordinate the business strategies
• Has existing own customer base and good local & regional market networking would be a definite advantage 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Initiative, aggressive and assertive in personality
• Result-oriented d able to work under pressure
• Occasional business travel is required
• Immediate available or short period of notice will be advantage
