Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of jewelry designers.
• Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company’s brand and goals.
• Oversee the design process for new jewelry collections, ensuring high standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with other departments to incorporate design elements into their strategies.
• Review and approve all design materials, from concepts to final products.
• Stay updated on current jewelry trends and technologies and integrate them into the company’s design strategy.
• Present designs to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback into the final design.  
• Establish and manage the design budget.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.
