Manager, Compensation & Benefits
Reporting to the Head, HR & GA, the Manager, Compensation & Benefits will be responsible for leading the C&B Team, act as a professional internal C&B consultant for all levels of employees, to provide value-added people solutions or services, which enhance employee experience in total reward management, HR policies and procedure development and administration, HR processes execution governance and HR System utilization and realization. Act as a trusted C&B consultant for HR Team and wider internal clients  Support the review, development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs and policies under the Total Reward Framework.  Responsible for various C&B initiatives such as annual budgeting, annual salary review, bonus and incentive programs, benefits schemes review, C&B benchmarking and other rewards related activities.  Ensure internal relativity and external competitiveness of the C&B programs by closely maintaining the job evaluation system and market intelligence data.  Participate in the annual salary and benefits benchmarking exercise, and provide recommendations for continuous remuneration competitiveness improvement.  Participate in ad hoc companywide projects, including but not limited to grading and competency model enhancement programs, employee handbook, policies and processes review.  Supervise the C&B team to perform the full spectrum of C&B functions including but not limited to payroll processing, MPF, taxation, leave management and benefits administration.  Provide analytical metrics to management to facilitate crucial decisions via deriving insights from HRIS data and information.  Bring a forward thinking approach to C&B projects and initiatives  Lead or assist in ad hoc HR initiatives.

Accounting Manager
Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial and management accounts, including departmental profit and loss statements, budget reports, and bank reconciliations. Plan and coordinate the month-end closing process in collaboration with various departments. Oversee the management of the accounting department to ensure efficient operations. Assist the Corporate Finance Team in reviewing and enhancing operational systems, internal controls, and accounting policies and procedures. Provide financial support during statutory audits and for interim/annual results announcements. Handle ad hoc projects or reporting as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field Over 10 years of experience in accounting. Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is required. Freight Manager (Air)
Responsibilities Supervise and direct the air freight team (both export and import) in all areas. Accountable for cost management and overall business solutions as the owner of the airfreight department's P&L. Streamline internal procedures and enhance operational quality while ensuring optimal procurement from subcontractors, including airlines. Foster positive relationships with customers, agents, and airlines to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and retention. Implement and uphold current delivery policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Oversee the cargo planning team, manage irregular shipments and cargo claims, and ensure daily operations are closely coordinated with the warehouse. Actively engage in problem-solving and suggest effective improvements for performance enhancement. Responsible for communication with both external and internal stakeholders, including overseas branches. Ensure adherence to local and corporate import/export regulations. Undertake additional projects as assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management or a related field. More than 15 years of experience in air freight, including at least 5 years in a senior role. Knowledgeable about airfreight products in Hong Kong and China, as well as global market trends. Well-connected with airlines and agents, maintaining strong relationships. Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Strong interpersonal abilities, capable of leading change initiatives with an emphasis on efficient and standardized processes.
