Lead and work with the CS team to ensure the team provides high quality customer service and smooth operations, e.g. WMS, shipment booking, customs declaration, monthly invoicing and cost booking, etc.
Optimize and streamline the existing workflows and compliance with SOPs, KPIs and policies
Establish, implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015
Provide working guideline and ISO implementation training for employees
Mentoring and training of colleagues
New project implementation
Work closely with and communicate with warehouse team and distribution/ warehouse vendors
Accurate and timely preparation of reports, billing summaries, cost bookings and invoices
Perform ad hoc duties and other administration tasks assigned by superiors
