Ensuring the ongoing operation of all IT-related duties in our branch office
Connector between the branch office and Regional IT
Procurement, configuration and administration of hardware and software
Training and knowledge transfer of IT topics for employees (and external customers)
Participation in implementing strategic goals and projects
Digitalization and optimization of processes in cooperation with other departments
Tech leadership role in matters concerning IT
Responsibility for measuring and improving the IT-service quality
Implementing IT-guidelines and procedures
Manage an inventory of all IT hardware assets
Support of customer interfaces (EDI, API, eLogistics) as well as customer support in cooperation with other departments
