This role plays a key part in being the first tier support and responsible for positive user experience through timely, accurate resolution and documentation of issues and requests.

Job Description
  • First contact point for consulting and support of all IT-topics
  • solving IT issues relating to desktop / laptop computers, printers, networking, server, iPhone and iPAD
  • troubleshooting software problems such as Operating System and Office Application
  • Ensuring the ongoing operation of all IT-related duties in our branch office
  • Connector between the branch office and Corporate IT
  • Procurement, configuration and administration of hardware and software
  • Training and knowledge transfer of IT topics for employees (and external customers)
  • Participation in implementing strategic goals and projects
  • Digitalization and optimization of processes in cooperation with other departments
  • Tech leadership role in matters concerning IT
  • Responsibility for measuring and improving the IT-service quality
  • Implementing IT-guidelines and procedures
  • Support of customer interfaces (EDI, API, eLogistics) as well as customer support in cooperation with other departments
