Job Description

  • Manages a compact IT platform team and oversees the hardware, network operation and the software running on various platforms, including on-premises and cloud based services. 
  • Supports cloud adoption with the AWS cloud operation and delivery team aligning to the Technology Strategy 
  • Manages hardware and software installations and upgrades 
  • Researches and analyzes technologies with internal and external stakeholders to propose and implement new technologies 
  • Implements and oversee cyber security measures, including IT Security Policy and Personal Data Privacy Policy, to protect the organization's systems and data. 
  • Maintains access control list for all internal/external users and service accounts, control users access in due course 
  • Procures and provides necessary software and hardware equipment to support office and remote working requirements 
  • Safeguards assets by planning and implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures 
  • Maintains weekly and monthly status reports to Platform & Project Manager and Head of IT Division
