Due to business expansion, they are now looking for a new member - Chief Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business goals for our clients.
• Solution Design Leadership: Drive the creation of sophisticated solutions that address complex business challenges and leverage advanced technologies.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to solution consultants and teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Leading Tender Bids: Spearhead the task force in bidding for significant tenders and projects, ensuring the delivery of winning technical proposals.
• Innovation & Technology Evaluation: Drive innovation by staying updated on industry trends, evaluating new technologies, and enhancing existing solutions.
• Quality Assurance & Risk Management: Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by implementing best practices, standards, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives for continuous enhancement within the solution architecture domain, optimizing processes and performance.
• Vendor Engagement & Partnership: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to evaluate technologies, negotiate terms, and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration with various departments for seamless solution integration and alignment with organizational objectives.
   

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated expertise in solution architecture with leadership experience.
• Profound proficiency in formulating and deploying intricate solutions leveraging cloud technologies, Enterprise Networking, CyberSecurity, and data analytics.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and leadership skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive technical initiatives effectively.
